Copyright Form

The International Journal of Information Technology and Computing (ITX Journal) requires authors to complete and submit a Copyright Form for all accepted manuscripts prior to publication.

The purpose of this form is to ensure proper copyright management, publication authorization, ethical compliance, and lawful distribution of published scholarly content.

Purpose of the Copyright Form

The Copyright Form confirms that:

  • The submitted work is original
  • The manuscript has not been published elsewhere
  • The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal
  • All authors approve the submission
  • Proper permissions have been obtained for copyrighted materials
  • Authors agree to the journal’s publication policies

Author Rights

Authors retain significant rights regarding their published work while granting the journal permission to:

  • Publish the manuscript
  • Distribute the article electronically
  • Archive the published version
  • Assign DOI identifiers
  • Index the article in scholarly databases
