Submission Process

Step 1 — Manuscript Preparation

Step 2 — Online Submission

Submission typically includes:

- Supplementary files (if required)
- Copyright Form
- Conflict of Interest declaration

Step 3 — Initial Editorial Screening
After submission, the editorial office performs an initial evaluation to verify:

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal requirements may be returned for correction before peer review.
Step 4 — Peer Review Process

Revised manuscripts may undergo additional review when necessary.
Step 7 — Final Acceptance
Once the manuscript satisfies all scientific, technical, and ethical requirements, the manuscript receives final acceptance for publication.
Authors may then be requested to submit:
- Final formatted manuscript
- Copyright Form
- Additional publication files
Step 8 — Production & DOI Assignment
Accepted articles proceed to production and publication processing, including:
- Formatting
- Metadata preparation
- DOI registration
- Final proofreading
- Online publication
DOI identifiers are assigned through:

Step 9 — Online Publication
Accepted articles are published online through the journal website and become openly accessible to the global research community.

Publication Charges
The journal applies Article Processing Charges (APC) according to the journal APC policy.
Current APC policy:
150,000 Iraqi Dinars for manuscripts up to 7 pages.
Each additional page costs 25,000 Iraqi Dinars.
